Even though it is not very likely, it is still possible that you suffer an injury when doing any physical exercise. We therefore request that you and your children observe the following when performing the exercises:

Always ensure that you have a non-slip subsurface before commencing the exercises. Also ensure that there are no objects in your immediate vicinity that you could knock against should you, for example, lose your balance. You should also not overexert yourself or your children. Interrupt the exercise as soon as you feel exhausted. If you or your children suffer from some concrete disease, please ask your doctor whether the proposed exercises are really suitable for you. Remember movement must always be fun!
